Sedum Roof Tray

Our m tray green roof system consists of specially designed modular trays containing superior engineered substrate and fully established flowering sedum easy to carry trays which click together to form a seamless green roof.

That means they weigh a lot less than wild flower roofs or intensive green roofs. These trays can be used on flat and gently sloping roofs with a pitch of up to 15 degrees. Mr green modular living roof trays are the perfect option for a fuss free green roof. The saturated weight of enviromat sedum matting is just 34kg per square.

To protect the roofing we recommend placing a protective cover under the trays. They firmly slot together each containing their own unique water storage system and substrate. One supplier of sedum trays lists the weight of their green roof build up as 48g m2. Each modular tray will easily click into place and can be installed.

Ideal in hard to reach areas and sloping roofs where standard packs would be difficult. The sedumtrays te are available individually with dimensions 45 0 x 49 5 cm. The sedum trays can be clicked together. The smart box sedum modular roof tray come as ready grown modular boxes.

The trays have a blend of 16 species of sedums these are all grown from seed to give the maximum variety and as close to 100 coverage as possible. Trays can be planted in place with un rooting sedum cuttings plugs pre grown sedum tiles 15 x20 and pre grown sedum mats 4 x 6. Weight is important and sedum roofs are often specified because the plants need very little growing medium. Installation is very simple.
